Where's My Order?
After you have placed an order you can check its status in My Account by clicking the "View orders" link and then by selecting the appropriate order. You may see if your order has shipped and view its tracking information.

Returns

How do I return or exchange my order?
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it in new condition. If you would like to exchange your item, we will exchange it for a new item of the same value. Please allow up to 1 month from the day you return your package for your exchange to be completed. Exchanges incur standard shipping rates, billed directly to the credit card provided at the time of original purchase.

** Please e-mail us with the following information: Name, Address, E-mail Address, Original Order Number, and Item(s) that you'd like to recieve in exchange, before sending back your exchange. This will ensure that the product you would like to receive in exchange is in stock and reserved for you.

Exchanges will only be handled once the originally purchased items have been received by Jerseys Finest.

Please Note:
- Exchanges are subject to availability. In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is out of stock, we will send you your new item as soon as it becomes available.
- If 1 month has passed from the day your items were shipped for exchange and you still have not recieved your new item, please contact us at: orders@jerseysfinestllc.com, and we will reply to you within 2 business days with the details of your exchange status.
